1. Services
Creation Ace provides website design, development, digital marketing, mobile app development, graphic design, and related services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a written agreement for each project.

2. Payments
All projects require a deposit before work begins. Full payment must be made according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. All deposits and payments are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide necessary materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client response may affect project timelines.

4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the final approved deliverables become the property of the client. Creation Ace retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Revisions and Scope Changes
Projects include a specified number of revisions as stated in the agreement. Additional revisions or changes beyond the original scope may incur extra charges and may affect delivery timelines.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the course of the project private and not disclose it to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability
Creation Ace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or tools.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project in writing. Payments made for work completed up to the termination date are non-refundable. Any remaining balance for work performed will be due.

9. Changes to Terms
Creation Ace reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed.

10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates.
