As a service-based agency, our work is customized and tailored to each client’s needs. Please review our refund and returns policy carefully before engaging our services.
Services (Web Design, Development, Marketing, etc.)
Due to the nature of digital services, once work has commenced, we do not offer refunds for services already provided. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns or revisions within the scope of the original agreement.
Project Deposits and Payments
All projects require a deposit before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable as they secure our time and resources for your project. Remaining balances are due as per the agreed-upon payment schedule. If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, no refund will be issued for work completed up to that point.
Digital Products (Logos, Graphics, Templates, etc.)
All sales of digital products are final. Once delivered, digital files cannot be returned, and no refunds will be issued. We encourage clients to review proofs and samples carefully before final approval.
Revisions and Corrections
We strive for 100% client satisfaction. Most services include a specified number of revisions, as outlined in your contract. Additional revisions or requests beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following rare circumstances:

No work has been started, and a formal written cancellation request is made within 3 business days of payment.

A technical error on our part prevented delivery and could not be resolved.
