Overview:
We are looking for a talented Web Designer to join Creation Ace and help craft visually stunning, user-friendly websites that bring our clients’ brands to life online. You will collaborate with developers, marketers, and project managers to design websites that balance aesthetic appeal with functionality, responsiveness, and performance. Your role will focus on turning ideas and requirements into engaging, intuitive digital experiences that deliver real results.
What You'll Do
- Design responsive websites, landing pages, and UI components that deliver excellent user experiences
- Work closely with developers to ensure design fidelity through to final build
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design concepts
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure designs align with brand goals and campaign strategies
- Optimize web designs for speed, performance, and SEO best practices
- Stay current with web design trends, UX principles, and emerging technologies
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
- Revise designs based on feedback and conduct user testing to refine solutions
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a web designer with a strong portfolio of responsive designs
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, web typography, and color theory
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic knowledge of front-end development (a plus)
- Experience designing for various CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify)
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality design
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- A creative, problem-solving mindset and openness to feedback and iteration
