Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Executive to join Creation Ace. In this role, you will act as the key connection between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project delivery and exceptional service. You will manage client accounts, oversee timelines and deliverables, and help identify opportunities for business growth. Your ability to build strong relationships, solve problems, and coordinate effectively will be essential in driving client satisfaction and long-term success.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships
- Manage day-to-day communication and ensure client needs are met with high-quality service
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Track project progress, timelines, and budgets, ensuring smooth execution
- Identify new opportunities to grow existing accounts and upsell services
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations that demonstrate value to clients
- Address client concerns and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Stay informed on digital trends and industry shifts to better support clients' growth
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as an account executive or in client service roles, ideally within a digital or creative agency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital services such as web design, marketing, and advertising
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, technical, and marketing teams
